About Me
My interest in complementary therapies grew from my teens, it seemed logical that the mind, body & spirit should be treated holistically. After my 3 year BSc (Hons) Traditional Chinese Medicine training at the University of Salford, I worked as a locum in Sheffield for 3 months returning to Falkirk in 2004.
Throughout training and practicing I have been able to experience other complementary therapies and have been offered the opportunity to learn some of these. I now have a well-rounded set of skills for treating the body top to toe.
I operate in 2 locations throughout the week offering Acupuncture, Reflexology, Maternity Reflexology, Pregnancy massage, Abdominal massage, Hopi ear candling and Holistic facials.
In each clinic I work with a variety of other therapists so we can offer clients a choice of treatments and often refer to each other to realise the best results for each client.
I have been working with Neal's Yard Remedies since 2004, starting as a therapist in the Glasgow Therapy Rooms then joining the team as shop staff. As staff I was trained in all product ranges including aromatherapy, herbalism and nutrition. I signed up to join NYR Home when it started in 2009 & rejoined NYR Organic in 2014. Since leaving the Glasgow store in 2019 to focus on my therapy business, I have kept up to date with new porodcts and campaigns as an independant consultant.
I am a member of the British Acupuncture Council and student member of the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists.
