I was so stressed when I first saw you, your reflexology treatments calmed me right down and helped me sleep when insomnia was making my life so difficult. After a failed IVF cycle, I researched acupuncture and of course you were the only person I thought of. Not only did you have so much expertise in cycles and fertility, you were so kind and lovely to me as I went through the journey, which was just what I needed. You made sure you could accommodate me pre and post egg transfer which put me so much at ease. I tell anyone that's going through IVF that it should be done with a holistic approach and I genuinely believe the acupuncture played an important part in me conceiving. When I did get pregnant, you were also there to give me reflexology to relax me and move things along near my due date. If I had a spare hour these days, I'd be back!"

"I've been seeing Kirsten coming up for a year now. I went to see her because I was extremely lame with early arthritis in both knees and hips and had bad ankle oedema. The last year hasn't been an easy year one way or another health wise but Kirsten has been there for me through various sore back episodes, pulled ligaments in my ankle and the arthritis. I can walk nearly properly now without pain and considering every step caused pain this is great. I still get the odd ache and a wee bit stiffness but hey I can walk. When I first saw Kirsten I had 9 magnets taped to my knees and now none! It might sound dramatic but I truly believe Kirsten has kept me out of a wheelchair and kept me mobile and able to continue working. As I said it's been a long process and I expect to be getting acupuncture for another year before I can cut down to monthly visits. It's not been cheap (but I'm worth it) but let me just say you only have one health and how much does a night out with the girls cost or a Chinese meal at the weekend for 2? I truly believe in acupuncture and that Kirsten helps me."
